Conference
The annual Teen Self Love Conference targets youth ages 13-19 and is designed to promote mental wellness, self-care, and resilience, addressing the residual effects of COVID-19 on youth mental health. Open to the public, this interactive event provides workshops, guest speakers, and peer-led discussions focused on self-love, emotional well-being, healthy relationships and so much more.

House Rules Teen Game Night
The purpose of this game night is to use games youth know with a twist to teach life lessons that provide insight and tools to deal with whatever life throws at them. The hope is that with the special versions of these games, youth gain a hands-on grasp of the concepts most important to today’s youth. House Rules: Teen Game Night is open to youth ages 12-19 and also includes an open dialogue to reflect on the event. This event creates opportunities to build resilience, find your voice, and lead.

Urban Experience Conference
The aim of The Urban Experience Conference is to provide a safe forum where African American & Hispanic youth (ages 13-19), young adults, and parents come together to discuss issues important to them, be educated with tangible tools to create solutions and to directly express their opinions through empowerment. The Urban Experience will include experiential learning workshops, opportunities to hear from inspirational speakers, and to form new friendships with other like-minded individuals.
Youth Speak Town Halls
The Town Hall Series is a multipart virtual and in-person opportunity for the youth, young adults, and supporters to come together as one to listen to the needs, fears, and hopes of youth and young adults. The Town Hall Series information is used to create the focus for future youth-led conferences.
